We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.

We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

The folks at Home Solutionz - Phoenix were caring, professional, and enjoyable to work with - both in-store and on the job site, at our home. They helped us find more eco-friendly materials, going over options and pulling samples from storage. They have an appreciation for the art and craft of flooring and took the time to explain nuanced differences in the materials. We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.
