We had a bathroom and kitchen remodel with Holtzman. Christina was the designer and Will ran the project. Communication was good the whole time. Techs were nice and courteous. Project took a bit longer than we expected but we are happy with the results

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! The project was completed on time and within our budget. So far, we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. We highly recommend Ben and his team. Thank you Ben!!

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

One of the best Drywall Companies in Phoenix . The owner was very professional and answered every question and concern honestly and was reliable from start to finish. They removed my popcorn ceilings for a reasonable rate and performed fast, high quality work. I would highly recommend Aria Builders to anyone looking for drywall finishing on new structures or remodel project.

Excellent company

Bryan the owner is what you look for in a owner of a company, very hands on and involved in every step of the work , extremely informative and responsive and most off all a super down to earth guy. I have dug footings for this company and they are on point and ready as soon as I show up, there is never any confusion or delay and it makes for a very productive and enjoyable experience! I look forward to the opportunities to work with No Limits Concrete and the owner Bryan in the future...

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

NICE GUY AND A GOOD CONTRACTOR FOR A NEW BUILDING BUILT

Very shady general contractor. Ghosted me, left my rehab before completing the project and stole money. Do not use this guy. Save yourself the headache and money!
