We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

We had Rhino do a remodel of our bonus room. The owner was responsive and always kept me in the loop about when they would be on-site. I always felt informed and they showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and the finished project looks fantastic. We will definitely use them for future projects.

We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. I was recruited to be an operator for Sundt, I quit my last job and gave up an amazing schedule and benefit package. I did 2 trainings over 2 weeks to be on an Intel site. The day I was supposed to start my wife got covid and I called in to inform the supervisor and to ask what I should do. I was told to be tested and regardless of the results I needed to quarantine for 10 days. My test was negative as it was sent in and after the 10 days, the foreman called to inform me his work was put on hold and to not come in until further notice. As about 2 months passed by I was given the run around and never contacted or had calls/texts replied to. Contacted the recruiter and was told in the system I was inactive and terminated. Thank you Sundt Constrction for coming to me for work and taking away what lively hood I had and not being able to pay bills, support my family, and wasting my time. Horrible business practice, unprofessional supervisors and I’ve never been this disappointed in a company who says that have “values”…

Our condos UNFORTUNATELY contracted this company to complete balcony restorations. In addition to severely under quoting us with financials AND time, they take ZERO responsibility in securing their workplace. They have slowly, and surely stretched their legs out, taking up more room than originally described. Each time, they have given us the excuse that this was “unforeseen”. Because they do not have the correct equipment to appropriately complete the job, they have invaded on our freedom by leaving their equipment on our property, and expect US to be responsible for what happens. This job was too big for them, they should have never let us believe that they were able to do this. The original proposal stated that we would be without full use of our property for only weeks. Weeks turned into months; SEVEN to be specific. But I was one of the lucky ones. Some have gone without access to their balconies for OVER A YEAR. NOW, apparently a transient accessed one of their scaffolding, and instead of them being responsible and securing their own equipment, they SEALED our back doors, leaving a sliver of sunlight in many instances tacking on our prison sentence for who knows how long. Funny thing is, they locked us in, and those on the outside have access to the locks. When I asked if the reason they locked us in is because of ONE person that they were unable to control, “Paul Lo Pinto ie; PJ” said, “Yes, we sealed 51 units because of one man”. Who does this? I pay an excessive amount of HOA money only to be stripped of my amenities because this construction company got in over their head. We are prisoners, and management finds it amusing. How much more will you strip from us? Haven’t you taken enough? Lastly, there is NO WHERE in the contract that gives permission for these people to board us inside, take our parking, block private streets off and threaten tow people who try and park on the street, wreck rooftops, cause deep seeded cracks in resident’s ceilings, take our lounge, proudly begin construction at 5:30 am, 5 days a week for over TWO YEARS, etc. If they only would purchase the equipment necessary to complete the job on time, and hold themselves accountable for their equipment, we wouldn’t be TRAPPED in our homes. Don’t hire these guys! It is a HUGE mistake! They do not think about the residents, they only think about what will save them money, so they can put more in their pockets. See picture attached. This is what we have been dealing with for well over a year, even if they aren’t working on your specific property... because it’s “easier”. Keep your money, Porter. Us homeowners regret the day you stepped on our property.

Charlie & Company are the real deal! They just built me a block wall, with TWO gates, that I am BEYOND PLEASED with!!! Prep and clean-up were very thorough, non-invasive, and the finished product VERY PROFESSIONALLY done!! The amount of people that have stopped to ask who built my new fence is the BEST testament to their work!!! They was fantastic to deal with. They rebuilt our front walkway and sidewalks, as well as expanded our existing driveway. The entire team was really kind and ready to answer any questions I had. They arrived on time. The completed project was wonderful and really changed the exterior of our house. The job was completed as promised, and the site was exceptionally clean. I spent 19 years at Weitz and saw the company do incredible things for employees, customers and partners. The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.
