I hired XLT Construction to remove old carpet and tile from my home and install brand new tile flooring. It was a big job and they completed it in 1 week (and even worked on Thanksgiving to ensure it would be completed on time).

Price: I received quotes from a few other companies and Leonel’s (owner) price was competitive and the lowest quote overall. I like that his quote provided materials such as underlayment and grout. I also liked that he was able to provide a virtual quote through video conference since this was my preference during the covid-19 pandemic.

Work: the demo guy worked really hard and efficiently to remove the old carpet and flooring. There were several other guys that skillfully laid the tile and ensured that the pattern had a good amount of variation. It turned out fantastic and looks like a new home. The guys were respectful and worked diligently.

Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.
