He's always there for his employees and goes above and beyond for anybody who needs a helping hand. I've worked for multiple companies and have never had a boss who goes to a job and puts his hands on work and has the level of perfection that he requires. And then shows up and proves it. For someone like me who has 18+years on the job experience that says something.
