Best Cleanup And Restoration in Phoenix AZ

This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would, and followed up after everything was done to make sure i was happy. can't ask for much more than that!

Patrick M and Michael D have been wonderful to work with. They are kind, polite and considerate of my home and our schedules. That show up on time and were very knowledgeable about the repair process. I appreciate the level of service.

This man should not be building houses or in the construction business period.
Where to start, at the beginning when we got our plans approved, my wife and I had asked for a copy (which I received 11 months later). Several instances we would meet/talk about things to happen to/for the house. He never took notes and always forgot things. We were the ones to initiate anything going on. Paint colors, counter tops etc. Whenever we would schedule appointments he was either late, just forgot or didn’t show. Simple instructions were not followed on several occasions I had complained to him I did not like the language barrier between the people working on the house and ourselves. I was asking for one thing and getting another. e.g.(gas line was put in after the dry wall was done, laundry room sink was forgot about until after paint was done, no back yard light, water line issues, the countertop was ordered without all the measurements for cut outs, water heater closet wasn’t taped or mudded until after paint).
We watched as our house sat with nothing being done for three months straight. He gave us a move in date of mid-Oct, then Nov 2nd and finally Nov 20th. He had to pay rent for a month which should have been two months at the rental house I was at, due to procrastination. We had a 1 year loss of use on our insurance policy and he used every bit of it, and then some.
For the next week we still had stuff being done. He said let me get my guys to do it, his guys are the one that took 8 hours to install a microwave oven and still had to call someone in to build a simple soffit for the oven/microwave vent. Or the landscaping crew that destroyed our exotic vine not once but twice. Landscaping isn’t or wasn’t part of his contract. What was part of the contract was a port-a-john which was not put in until after I complained about picking up human feces, left by his workers on my property. He likes to use unskilled & unlicensed workers so he can save the money. Most of the work done at my house happened on the weekends. There wasn’t one aspect of the construction process that wasn’t screwed up, except roofing & demolition. Framing was warped (at least that what the other drywall company said after an inspection) plumbing , gas, framing, drywall, electrical
Or we were being lied to on more than one occasion
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. STC INC. has had several lawsuits over the course of 10 years.

They did mold remediation at my house and were awesome! great communication, Right on Time, Super thorough and when they found the problem was not nearly as bad as first thought - they lowered the estimate SUBSTANTIALLY and did a beautiful clean up job! Thank you family Allen!

Emil and Jonathan were a big help. We had problems with our toilets not filling up with water and flushing. They were efficient and provided great service.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. We love our new countertops.

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Buyer Be Ware! ABC was hired to execute repair work at our residence as a choice from our Insurance provider. Unsatisfactory work was completed and more damage than repair was done. After numerous calls and unsatisfactory or no response, we refused to let ABC in or near our home. The repair work had to be completed by another contractor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars I would, I have been struggling to get these idiots to finish the job they started at my house over a year ago. I'm starting to think everyone who works for this company is either braindead or simply doesn't know how to do construction.
