Best Bathtub Drain in Phoenix AZ

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

From electrical to plumbing to construction, everything is done in-house by top-notch workers in the trade. They were at my house and on time every day, ready to work. Words really don't do justice to their work.

We met with a couple remodel companies and ended up going with Retro Pro and we are so glad we did. From the first onsite visit to the finished product, Retro Pro was professional, reasonably priced, and our shower turned out fantastic. Everyone at Retro Pro was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely contact them on future jobs.

After calling many other local plumbing businesses this morning (and wasting my time with them), I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out a few hours later to unclog my sewer line. Jhonatan was friendly, professional and courteous. He made sure the drains were clear and free so I wouldn't have further issues. I am very happy and will call Roto-Rooter 1st from now on.
