We hired FHR Construction for a house remodeling project. We had to redo our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, bedrooms and laundry area.
The owner was amazing to work with - he was highly involved in each and every detail of the project. The crew was pleasant and professional and it looks like everyone tried above and beyond to help us building our dream home. Highly recommended home remodeling company. The Contractor Guys team were great to work with! We totally gutted and fully remodeled our home in South Scottsdale using TCG for the entire project. Michael is a capable and responsive general contractor and Jennie, Mirian, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.

After attempting to work with previous GCs who were difficult to reach and/or downright rude to us, the TCG team made us feel respected and supported us every step of the way in achieving our vision. We remodeled our entire home including knocking out a structure wall, closing a carport into a garage, and gutting / updating every material in the house. Michael, Jennie and co were very responsive and offered guidance when some of our choices did not make sense and otherwise helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for.

JM Contracting was recommended to us by a friend as detailed, trustworthy and honest. Josh and his team were great. The tile work is beautiful. They had great suggestions to help with cost. In comparison JM has saved us $10k at least. We have a superb new bathroom and kitchen in our Phoenix home. The renovation was completed with the utmost professionalism, minimal dirt and disturbance to the rest of the house. Did a full remodel on my clients house before listed! I was not expecting that remodel project to be done so fast and finishes to be on point! Good work!

I was in the market for landscape lighting to be installed in my front and backyard. After interviewing a few electrical companies, I decided that Arizona Electrical Solutions was the right company for the job. They came to the house and gave me a free evaluation, offering suggestions about the best products to use and the best placement for my lighting. They presented me with several lighting product options. I was impressed that each product presented to me seemed to be of a higher quality. Finally I decided on the Vista spot and path lights. Their crew started the install and completed it the same day. The lighting looks spectacular and was exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I never felt as if I was being oversold on the products or the install. I would definitely use this company again!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
