Best Kitchen Remodel Project in Phoenix AZ

Peoria Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling did a bathroom remodel for me and they exceeded my expectations. The designers, designed my master bathroom and I was delighted their ideas aligned with my dream bathroom.

We bought a house last fall that had a combination of wood floor, tile, old carpet, needed painting and major updating throughout. Kim and Dave helped us with the entire remodel, which include a bathroom remodel that we love. The primary challenge in the kitchen was the long, unappealing horizontal wall of cabinets. Kim and Dave provided us with a great way of breaking up the extensive wall of cabinets that we absolutely love (see before and after pictures below). Since we lived in Texas, we did a lot of communicating via phone, text, and email. Kim and Dave were very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, provided us with options, and also told us when our plans/ideas would not work and why. We loved working with them and their employees--all of whom were professional and trustworthy. We plan to work with them again in the future since we have another bathroom remodel we plan to do later.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. We love our new countertops.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

I can not recommend this company enough!!!! I spent 4 miserable months in a contracting nightmare with a company recommended to restore my kitchen/bath after a small flood. I have 3 children at home so not being able to utilize my kitchen was a nightmare. I reached out to Kitchen and Bath Remodeling and got an immediate response. I explained my situation and Burton came out immediately. Within a few days we were picking out materials (which he also helped me save money on) and a few days after that his men began working. They had my kitchen restored in LESS THAN A WEEK!!! Not to mention, they had to UNDO the poor workmanship that had already been done before beginning their work.
Please do not hesitate to give these a call for ANY of you remodeling needs. You wont be disappointed.

Do not use this company! I gave him 50% down on granite countertops and was promised a five day turnaround. It’s been over six weeks no Countertops and no return calls/texts. Total crook, do not let this happen to you ?

We have used Yourson contracting for many years and for many projects at our home and business. Things like bathroom additions, bathroom remodels, roof repairs, removing walls, tile work, and everything that goes with those projects. They have always been upfront, responsive, and honest. The crews show up on time and always have been very attentive to being clean and cleaning up after themselves. They are a true Family business and I always like to support Family businesses that deserve the support. This was crazy. Too expensive to say the least.

We are so happy with the work Ron and his staff have done with our remodeling project. We can't say enough good things about the quality of work, promptness of completing the project in a timely fashion and their professionalism. We are so pleased with their work we give them a ten rating.

Jon with Maple Avenue Construction is an absolute dream to work with. We chose Jon for our kitchen remodel and is was the best decision we could have made. This was our first major remodel and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always made sure we were in the loop of what was happening. He gave advice that elevated the results of the remodel. The results were everything I could have hoped for and more. I have the kitchen of my dreams! They also redid our fireplace and made custom shelving. The whole space is beautiful and perfect. Jon went to bat for us when we hired someone to clean ourl floors and damaged some of the finishes in the kitchen. Every single person who came into our home was top notch and we felt very comfortable with everyone we met. Conrad is Jon’s right hand man and does amazing, amazing work and deserves a shout out! We chose Maple Avenue Construction because, yes they do great work. But the bigger reason was because we could tell instantly Jon was a good person. Our gut was spot on, you will not find a better contractor!

They did the job well and I was fully satisfied. There were some pieces of wall panels that were damaged that they will replace. Thank you management for responding back.

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
