We have had a great experience with this company! Ruben, the owner, was honest, responsive and easy to work with. This company did a great job rebuilding our kitchen cabinets, redoing the plumbing, repairing all drywall and painting the whole place. They worked really hard to make sure that we were happy with all of the results. We are so happy we used Matador Construction and would definitely use them again!

So pleased with the service and craftsmanship from Aria Builders ! From the initial estimate to the thorough clean-up after he was finished, The work was detailed and high quality. It's rare to find a repair person who understands and values both the science and art of their trade. He repaired/replaced two corner bead areas where there was settlement cracks and did some significant crack and drywall repair on the walls and ceiling on a covered patio. He helped me understand the flaws in some of the original materials and how his repairs would overcome those challenges and result in stronger walls. He is very knowledgeable and his work is just beautiful. I could not be more pleased and would definitely reach out to Aria Builders again for any future drywall repair needs.

My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

Great people who do amazing work!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I have worked with several Custom Builders in the past and I have found 4 Gen Homes to be among the very best! David brings so much relevant and expert experience to each project and it shows in the finished work of art. His proven process of helping his clients go from concept drawings to “Welcome to your new home!” is the best I have ever seen. It makes building a custom home an enjoyable experience. He also treats each of his clients like family and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend David and his team!

I hired TCG to update my kitchen. The project went very well start to finish. I had quartz countertops installed with a great tile black splash. New lighting was also done which was wonderful. The guys that did most of the work were on time, worked hard and left the job looking great and clean.

Built a residential block wall for me. They were efficient with communication and very reasonable with working within a budget! Completed the work quickly too! I’d hire them again!

My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

We have several offices we manage and needed to have one renovated for a high end client. O & G Construction was selected out of 3 construction companies we called. They are tops with quality of work and were priced fair. Mike and Armando provided great information and ideas before, during and after the process of renovation was complete. My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
