Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it’s complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Atelier 507 delivered on every promise on time and on budget.

They installed a bathtub for us in a bathroom that had only a walk-in shower.  The estimate for time and cost were both completely accurate.  They provided good guidance as we chose the tiles and the tub we wanted, and their work was professional and efficient.  We're really pleased with the results!.

Excellent. The job was done on time and without issue. We are most pleased with the results and feel like we have a new home! Dan was informative on all aspects of the job, from beginning to end. He assisted with names of outside vendors who proved to be equally reliable. There were a couple minor adjustments needed at the end of the project and Dan was quick to fix these. I don't often write reviews however I can with total honesty recommend Better Than New Kitchens.

They were very professional and helpful during the remodel. We had a small problem but they corrected it to our satisfaction and followed up to make sure we were happy. Would recommend to others AA+++

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. Home Makeover Creations has done a excellent job each time they have worked on my home. I highly recommend them for any remodel and construction work you need.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

We had the pleasure of working with 360 Kitchen Designs & Bath on remodeling our kitchen. They listened to all of our ideas and needs and they were extremely detailed and informative. We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

We had Wonders of Wood AZ repaint all the cabinets in our home. They were awesome!!

Very professional and thorough! We had a large job but they were able to complete start to finish in 5 days! We are thrilled at how nice the final result turned out. We will and already have recommended Wonders of Wood AZ to others.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

DO NOT USE THEM! Please do not use them. Been 2 weeks stop answering phones, text. And have no finished my kitchen. They are crooks. I Repeat DO NOT USE THEM

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
