Best Interior Remodel in Phoenix AZ

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. This company is the best for all of your construction needs. I don’t recommend many companies, but this is one I believe strongly in.

We used them for a very big remodel that included adding a new bathroom and bedroom. We chose them because they were by far the most professional company as it relates to the bidding process, and their bid was highly competitive to others. The estimator Greg was a pleasure to deal with the whole process and was always open to changes or challenges to line items on the bid.

The work team was very friendly especially Rob, Juan and Derek. They kept us up to date with their schedule and cleaned up everyday which was nice because we were still living in the house. At no time did I feel like anything encountered was out of their control and they didn’t nickel and dime us with unknown issues.

At the end of this, they let sent in a professional cleaner to make sure they left no trace, and let us know that they stand behind their work and would fix any issues if they come up l

I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again to do any work on our home no matter how big or small. I know they will take care of us.

I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

Danny doesn't need me to promote his business, he is in great demand already with many of my neighbors, so if you want this same great quality and satisfaction, you must be patient and get on his list as soon as possible., you won't be sorry to have waited for the best!

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.

Terrible services. Owner of Dodge Ram truck driving around with no concern for anyone, anything or even himself. Be better buddy. Your attitude reflects in everything you do.
