Working with desert custom flooring was a great experience! We had two bathrooms, kitchen/pantry floor, and fireplace redone in our third floor condo.

We made the mistake of going “cheap” with the bathroom remodel the first time and we paid the price for it... finding a good company you trust that has warranties and licenses to back them up is so important! That’s exactly what you get with desert custom flooring! We wish we would’ve found them the first time around!

They’re a hard working group of men that enjoy what they do to make sure everything is just the way you want it! Not to mention they’re very clean!!

Owner was very responsive in getting us for our different projects. I have used it on both commercial and residential jobs. Pricing was great.. Finish jobs early or exactly on time as projected. It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. We hired Matador Construction to do the glass hand rail at our home and I am beyond impressed and satisfied. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They over exceeded our expectations.

We had a complete kitchen remodel last Fall. Our experienced designer highly recommended Oron Garabian with FHR Construction as the General Contractor and we could not have been more pleased. The FHR team is incredibly professional and responsive. The initial demo was swift and thorough. Their electrical work and knowledge was great. Their painter produced flawless results. The tile work was very professionally done and they patiently worked with me on tile selection, placement and grout choices. They went above and beyond when I mistakenly chose the wrong color for the glass backsplash, realizing this After it had been installed but, thankfully, prior to grouting. Oron and his team worked very closely with me to remedy My mistake and stay close to our project schedule. Their work was wonderful, the team was incredibly professional, their daily clean up, inside and out, was impeccable. I would use them again without a second thought and highly recommend FHR!

Poor quality, refuses to refund. Work was done incorrectly from the beginning, confirmed by multiple professionals including the company themselves after seeing what their workers had done. Hire at your own risk. A year later and now I’m living without flooring.

My heart hurts while I write this. Yet again we've been pushed back another week to have our home completed from a major leak. It's been 2 months! They were quick to go out of their way to get their money, even drove to me for the signature, yet they continuously let me down with their follow through. I let them go a week without communication before calling and every time I call, 4 different times, they end up reaching out and finding a problem that keeps postponing the completion of my house. First, they hadn't even ordered it till i called after being told it was already being handled. Then, it was excuses after excuse. One of the most stressful things on a family is having their home disrupted. The fact that they dropped the ball so horribly bad and put us through unnecessary stress has just upset my family so much.

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

Danny doesn't need me to promote his business, he is in great demand already with many of my neighbors, so if you want this same great quality and satisfaction, you must be patient and get on his list as soon as possible., you won't be sorry to have waited for the best!

Driver out here endangering our lives with their huge trucks. What a-holes!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
