We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I can't say enough about their fantastic team! Emily and Simone helped us make design choices for the house and were extremely easy to work with. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. Things were done according to a set schedule and the guys took pictures of everything so we could give our input if necessary. The guys were always extremely polite and accommodating. We are so pleased with the quality of work done by Dan and his crew. We highly recommend Kitchens By Good Guys!

My kitchen went from drab to stunning in 3 days! I personally have never been able to write such a glowing review. I am a fussy and detailed person so it is rare when a company can exceed my expectations. My kitchen literally does look better than new. The quality of their work is exceptional as are the materials and process they use. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

We recently decided to upgrade and remodel portions of our home including replacement of most of the floor. Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was recommended to us by Joey at A World of Tile on Speedway. Tyson from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling called us right away to schedule an initial meeting and plan the project. The project required removing approximately 1600 square feet of old tile and underlying thinset which took about a week of very nasty and dusty work. But Diego and Lester were up to the task and did a great job of removing the old tile. Then for the next two weeks Diego and Lester laid the new wood-look planks of porcelain tile. Tyson and his crew of Diego and Lester were very professional and highly skilled. We are very happy with their work and the new floor is beautiful ! Needless to say we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Remodeling…an excellent company.

I've used Yourson Contracting for years on projects big and small. They're the first call I make when I need something done at the house.

I trusted Yourson with perhaps the most important component of our home...the roof. It was old, leaking and in need of complete replacement. The Yourson crew showed up on time, the foreman walked me through the repair process and the team jumped right in. I had a new roof in a few days and they left me with a clean job site and the piece of mind that the work was done right.

We're now looking forward to starting a full primary bathroom remodel.
