I recently had Phoenix Home Remodeling complete renovations in both my master and guest bathrooms, kitchen, and entertainment wall in my home. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the results!! The process they set in place and communication on a daily basis made the entire project so much easier than expected. The use of Buildertrend software helped to keep me on budget and communication between the team and myself seamless. The team of employees were amazing to work with; especially given this was my first time remodeling a home. The work and amount of care for my home, lifestyle (we lived in the house during the construction), and quality of work was evident from day one until completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a home project or upgrades. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Before deadline. Under budget. No shortcuts

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

My husband and I spent almost $20,000.00 with this company only to find that they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Long story, but the basics are bad customer service and Sterol-typical Contractor Nightmare remodel story...BUYER BE WARE!

Highly recommend!!! All contractors are professional and friendly. My kitchen was completed in 3 weeks. Daniel responded in a timely manner with all questions. The page has been hacked with negative reviews. My pics should say it all. My kitchen is beautiful!
