We hired FHR Construction for a house remodeling project. We had to redo our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, bedrooms and laundry area.
The owner was amazing to work with - he was highly involved in each and every detail of the project. The crew was pleasant and professional and it looks like everyone tried above and beyond to help us building our dream home. Highly recommended home remodeling company. Shannon and his company provided a build out of a 2400 square foot office condominium investment property I purchased. I am an Arizona native & lifetime resident of Chandler. The house I live in is in fact my childhood home & very special to me. My house is like part of the family, so when it comes to any sort of home repairs I always thoroughly research all my options to ensure I find the best choice. After a referral from a high school buddy & some additional research, I found Phoenix Roofing to be the best roofers in town! The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was super impressed with the crew’s work ethic & cleanliness. In conclusion, I give Phoenix Roofing 5/5 stars & would use them again. You can trust them with your home’s roof & will not be disappointed.

We stopped all work when they put the tile down unstaggered. They will take advantage of your kindness and weakness by staying till 10pm on a weekday. Expect you to not bother them on Sunday when they have employees at our house. Agreed to not charge to remove and fix but did not want to pay for replacement tiles. Send only one tile layer . Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in management. Project manager is the only one to talk to. They also took full payment from our account and the job is incomplete. I am currently waiting for someone to resolve this issue..

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

Did a full remodel on my clients house before listed! I was not expecting that remodel project to be done so fast and finishes to be on point! Good work!

I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
