We first contracted Joe and ABA to remodel our master bathroom and replace the cabinets in the guest bathroom. We were so impressed that when we decided to remodel the kitchen they were the first and only company that we called. I love the new kitchen!! I would recommend ABA to anyone considering a remodel job in their home.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.

My bathroom project is still underway, but each day I'm blown away by their work, their cleanliness, and their communication with me throughout. Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

I hired Gary Fallone of Fallone Kitchen and Bath to remodel most of my house -- an all-new kitchen, guest bathroom, flooring plus a few other things -- and I am delighted with the end result. I wanted a kitchen that combined stunning aesthetics and logical function and he really excelled in putting it all together. He also designed a media cabinet in the great room that has caught the eye and admiration of all my guests. Despite the pandemic, and related issues and surprises in the supply chain, my project was completed on time and within budget. The renovation process can be messy and dirty but Gary and his team kept the worksite tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. His employees and subcontractors are focused on getting the job done well and right the first time and are really the best at what they do. I highly recommend him.

I am so glad that I found this family owned company, although I had to wait for my appointment it was very well worth the time. They were on time on the day of installation, clean, professional, and did a fantastic job installing my kitchen and bathroom backsplash. Thank you Mr. Ledezma!! Definitely will utilize their services again on my next renovation project

I will start off by stating that Ernesto is a very nice person and pleasant to work with. I hired him to handle the design for my restaurant and the complete project was a mess and huge waste of money.

Here is some things that went wrong:

He ordered a new lighting for my place but overlooked the fact that my restauarnt uses 220volt and the lighting he purchased was 120volt. I had to incur the additional cost to have the contractors reduce the voltage and rewire etc.

The color of the paint he selected for the walls was horrendous. I had my concerns when he presented it to me but he assured me he is an expert and that it will look great. As soon as it was done, I had customers tell me that they disliked it. We have since repainted the entire place ourselves.

My walls used to have tile that went up about 4ft to protect the walls from chairs rubbing against it. He removed that tile and simply painted the walls. Within 3 months the walls were completely damaged and scuffed up that they had to be repainted.

The out door furniture he selected (Chairs) were made of some sort of plastic mesh that basically melted from the heat and broke so all of those had to be replaced within a yr.

The TV mounts he selected did not work out at all and had to be replaced at my cost.

The bench seating he selected (Cloth) was basically black from people resting their hands on it while in line so now I have to replace the booth seating or reupholster it. I would think he would have selected something a bit more durable.

The lighting he selected did not accomplish the goal of brightening up the place and looks tacky. Many of our customers have stated they dislike it and we are now planning on changing it all out to track lighting.

The large round table he had built for us has completed been damaged from normal use due to poor design. Much of it has to be repaired.

We had high hopes when we hired him but were extremely dissappointed with the results. Not only did it look bad, but all the material and design was not designed for commercial use. Just 2 yrs later, we are having to completely replace and redesign virtually EVERYTHING we paid him to do.

In my opinion, Ernesto is better suited for residential design and not commercial. He made no effort to correct the issues. Once he was paid, I never heard from him again. Also, you'll notice he never used our restaurant in his portfolio. I guess even he recognizes that it was poorly done and not worth displaying on his site.

In hindsight, I wish we never would have hired him and that we would have done all the things he did ourselves. We would have saved over 30K dollars and ended up with a much better result.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
