Best Construction Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

WOW ... just WOW! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves in to when we decided to undertake a home addition project. We researched our options and after careful consideration, decided to take the plunge with Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. In the very beginning of the process, we told Oron we had 2 major non-negotiables ... we insisted on communication and quality, both of which we can honestly say he not only met but far exceeded. His communication was stellar, we were kept informed of every step in the project along the way. Quality was not only one of our non-negotiables, it is obviously his as well.

Did we have some hiccups along the way? Sure. Trying to undertake a project like this with supply chain issues, labor issues, so many things out of our control may not have been the best timing, but Oron dealt with each and every challenge professionally. According to Oron, “there are no problems, there are only solutions”. Every sub he brought to the job were professional and they each did great jobs.

Do I want to undertake something like again ... No! At least not in this lifetime or my next 15 lifetimes! However, should someone come to me looking for an excellent General Contractor ... there is only one name I would give them. Oron Garabian and FHR Construction. We not only found a great General Contractor, we found a friend.

I have worked with Tatum and Ray Oulette with several home innovation projects. They do exceptional work, and I trust them immensely as general contractors.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

Charlie has put together a team of true pros that care about your project. Princeton spent over 6 months day in and day out on our project and was always available, organized, and very communicative. I recomend them fully if you are looking to have a project done correctly the first time!

Phoenix Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We worked with Alex who provided a clear, detailed estimate and was always more than willing to answer any questions we had. The crew arrived early and got the job done quickly + cleaned up well after the job was done, and my roof looks great!

Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! George explained everything they did and took pictures of all the work. When they left everything was in perfect order and you couldn’t tell they had been working all day.

Fantastic attention to detail, considerate of budget and timing, quality work and contractors, regular project manager on site. Family owned, honesty and integrity are evident. Our remodel has gone amazingly smooth both with the budget and our timing. We are thrilled with the results our ArDan LLC and our amazing interior designer, Adrienne Hart of Modascapes have given us!

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I would hire them again and have also recommended them to other family members doing a kitchen remodel.

They get a 10 for our Master Bath remodel (see pics). Burton and his team were recommended to us. They had the lowest cost and the best reputation of the alternatives we considered. So we had high expectations going into this project (we have done a couple dozen projects over the years with a number of homes in AZ and MN so are pretty seasoned) To put it mildly, we were blown away.

I do all my own design work and they were very accommodating. I also wanted to do a couple small parts of this on my own and again they were very accommodating. They finished the project on time and on budget. But what blew us away was the workmanship and how friendly all the team was. Thank you Alex & Mike (tile, framing, demo, Misc), Victor (sheet rock), and Rob & Alex (Plumbing). Oh and Burton for coordinating this, putting up with my endless questions and touch up painting/clean up.

We are already planning our next project with them. Burton said since I did the design and a few small things that I get a K&B T-shirt which I will wear proudly! Thank you all K&B again for a great experience.

Very unprofessional organization to work with. They are very poorly managed and do not attempt to follow through on promises or commitments. I strongly urge you to consider other companies as you will be very dissappointed with Weitz.

RUN! They have you sign a contract BUT do not hold up their end of it. Take half of the quoted price and do not finish the work. They left a huge mess in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. I had to hire 1-800-JUNK to come remove their mess! Miguel said he would pay for the removal, but then refused to pay after the junk was removed. Very disappointed in the companies work ethic. They now have my money for work that was not completed and then had to spend money to have their mess removed. STAY AWAY! See attached pictures.
