We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker.
