Clearly several factors worked in our favor: 1) quick 24-hour response from our HOA; 2) cancellation of an install so we could slip into an unexpected slot on the schedule; 3) Encore allowing the system to be connected to the grid; and 4) a good credit rating.

Sales staff and the PEP engineer explained everything to my satisfaction. I'm an electrical engineer and asked more in-depth questions than what the PEP team typically encounters. I had also done independent research on hours of sunlight per day in my location and efficiency that should be realized from the system. The predictions from PEP are turning out to be accurate.

The install team showed up at the appointed time and with all necessary materials. I believe there were actually six installers and they worked quickly and efficiently while protecting our home from any damage. Two electricians make quick work of installing the inverter and getting the solar system connected to the grid. Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone cleaned up all trash and carried it away.
