It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.
They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.
On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

SCOTT rescued us our tanks were full. We were going to dump on our travels. Master cylinder had gone out on our coach. We had our tanks serviced last spring by another company. We could not dump our Grey tank handle came off first time after we had it serviced. Now we we were sitting with full tanks. We made many calls for someone to suck out tanks. Scott was very through he was able to dump tanks. He also told us what the problem with the Grey tank was with the handle. He gave suggestions how to temporary fix.
Supposedly the company we had serviced coach in the spring warranty their work. They will need to put in new valve gate, again.
We very much appreciated Scott helping us. It was a late night for him.
We recommend this company. I would call Scott again if we need to.
We are still waiting for someone to come to us to replace etc the master cylinder. We have no brakes.
