We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I’ve never used this company before nor heard of them before. I found them on Google and they had very good reviews. So I decided to give them a call. I was in need of having my septic pumped. I received excellent customer service, quick service time, and great on site service! All employees that I had communication with were very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even gave me more information that I did not think to ask. Also the price quoted was the final cost. I wish I could give them 10 stars lol! I now know why they have such excellent reviews! I will definitely use them in the future.
