Our hot water heater was ready to go....Kieth came out to perform the inspection and he was very courteous and patient explaining in detail what was needed to get the job done right. We live in an older home we had purchased from an investor that had been a long time rental and we were not aware of the substandard and potentially dangerous situation we had been living with until Mr. Herzog came and performed a thorough inspection. Our job wasn't a simple matter of replacing the water heater, there were a few other things that needed to be done to have the new unit properly installed. Sadly, the job was sorely out of our budget, so Kieth Herzog bent over backwards working for us for every possible discount off the original estimate that he could so we could better afford Mr. Rooter's expert services and he succeeded!
