Joel came out on an emergency call to fix a water pipe leak that was in the wall causing a flood and ruining dry wall. He quickly found the pipe leak and was able to do very minimal cuts into the drywall to fix the pipes. Joel explained every step of the repair very thoroughly to us as it was more complex than it looked at first.
