Bill was very professional and did a thorough inspection of my home’s plumbing system. He explained what the problem areas are and how to repair them. He prepared a report outlining work to be done including pricing. All jobs were clearly labeled. I signed up for the Bumble Bee Club Plan Membership which will save me money as I tackle the list of work over time. He repaired the first thing on my list - a toilet.
