I was really surprised when I called for service and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. The office was friendly, easy to communicate with and updating me. I like the text ability and the information sent on who would be here. Tomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he took all precautions to insure we were safe from Covid. Water softener not producing soft water. Service rep arrived, trouble shoot and repaired quickly while on site. New part was required. Was covered under warranty. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.
