I had a mainline leak in my front yard, bubbling up water and I was losing a gallon a minute. I needed someone out fast!Parker & Son's had someone out at 8AM the next morning.Sean and his partner were very empathetic and got to work right away.I work from home so I needed to be at my desk. I also take a lot of meetings, so I asked to be communicated with via text, which he did. He kept me in the loop with everything and I only needed to step outside once, toward the end to observe the amazing work they did.I have a grass yard and they took great care to ensure that when they were finished it still looked good (which it did!). They even laid a tarp down on my neighbor's rock yard to make sure no dirt got on it!Take Away: Parker & Son's are polite, professional and friendly. They exude confidence in what they do.
