I broke the spigot pipe in my back yard on a Saturday morning. I called ACE and they sent Tristin to help us. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly, and professional. He was able to get the spigot replaced and my water was back on in no time at all. Also I was expecting to part with some coin due to it being an emergency and it was the weekend.
