Using a camera they were able to locate the clog and determine it was caused by holes on the bottom of the pipe due to age (50 year old cast iron pipes), and roots from a dead tree growing into the pipes outside. We then hired Penguin Air to replace the sewer pipes in the house and could not be happier with the results.Within a week of identifying the issue they were able to schedule us and complete the work.
