At a quarter after 12 this scary, dirty, toothless man showed up an hour late immediately demanding cash just for showing up. I tried to explain the issue and I asked if he could at least take a look to which he again asked for money. I asked for a diagnosis first, to which he said, Didn't you say someone else already told you the problem? He continued to demand money. He was very aggressive. When I couldn't take it anymore I asked him to leave. He never even look at the problem. He then used what little I told him too lie to my warranty company and said he diagnosed the problem so he could get paid. Shady. Never call this company.
