I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

When my dishwasher broke, I called Ilya at Urban Appliance Repair. Ilya arrived on time, did a thorough examination of the problem, and explained the issue in easy-to-understand language. We had had a slight miscommunication earlier in the process but Ilya listened closely, provided excellent customer service, and made the situation right. I recommend him highly!
