The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

This is an excellent heating and air-conditioning contractor without being overpriced. Very professional, very communicative. All of their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and do their work efficiently . Can’t do better than Newman Commercial Refrigeration.

We are a small restaurant which is so difficult to operate in the current economic climate. We have called Jay out for a couple of issues and he always responds very quickly. I have been so impressed with this young man operating his own business. I was very struck by his professionalism and knowledge. We will continue to use him for all our needs.

I couldn't thank these guys enough! We are small and only have the one fridge, luckily they were able to fix it right away. The other company we called was almost double the price for a simple fan motor.

These guys at AMAZING!!!!!!
They saved the day for me, needed my floral cooler to be installed and working for all my floral. They worked non stop all day and night to get it up and running. My flowers where In by the time they were done and saved them from dying. If you even need any work done please call them , they won’t let you down

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Great service Ilya fixed my dryer and washer the same day he had a great deal on yelp and he gave me a great deal on both of my units .If you ever have problem with anything i would call them they have great service
