I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. Franz was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also didn’t seem to mind but actually engaged with my 6 pound dog who continually barked while he was here!
