Best Exhaust System in Phoenix AZ

I went through six different companies all around AZ with many lead downs until I found this HVAC contractor near me. It was a pleasure to work with them. The service was excellent and they honored the price initially quoted. You won't be disappointed if you choose their quality service. They are trustworthy and reliable.

From the beginning Myra, Ariel & Joe were excellent communicators and keeping me on track with my technicians, Mathew & Martin-the two MARVELOUS brothers, who obvious had a sincere passion for helping & serving within their company,,,who Matthew by the way,,,was personally mentored by his Uncle who possessed years of highly professional expertise in the industry.
They were on time, quick,proficient, professional, thorough, and also great communicators, and I felt very comfortable in what all the technical details that they were explaining to me.
Sometimes challenging to find such extreme professionalism and integrity, plus all the other qualities we all are seeking in a great company offering services in our beautiful Valley of the SUN!
I will be calling them from now on,,,

~Terrible Experience~1. Installers WENT THROUGH my UNDERGARMENTS; (9.7.21) I notified the project manager same day. I never received a call from the owner for an apology for the inappropriate behavior, but did receive an apology from an install manager.2. DAMAGED STAIRWELL during installation. (9.7.21) I was told by the project manager that I would be contacted by the company they use for repairs. I hadn't heard from this company in the timeframe I was told, so days later, I asked the install manager when the repairs would be scheduled. He said they would call me to set up a time. I never heard from them until after I called Larson Air to follow up regarding the third issue.3. DAMAGED ROOF during installation. (9.27.21) A few weeks after the install, a rainstorm came and there was a leak in my ceiling. I requested the company to do a quality control check(which I was told would be done a week after the initial install then later told they were extremely behind and would complete the quality control check when they had availability). A tech was sent same day, he identified and photographed several large saw cuts on the roof next to my AC unit which he believed were made during the installation. He said it was an unprofessional job and couldn't believe the quality of the work done. He also examined the ceiling leak inside my home, and said it appeared to be a direct result from the saw marks. He also shared he did not know what the next steps were in resolving these issues because he typically isn't involved in these matters. He assumed the company would be covering all costs and would be following up with me the next day. Unfortunately there was no follow up from the company. I have been the one to follow up every time.I've been trying to simply get answers regarding the reimbursement process for these damages. NO ONE from the company has been able to explain how the reimbursement works for this situation. I've been trying for 2 whole days to get answers. I'm sure if this situation was experienced by their wives, daughters, or mothers, they would be prioritizing my concerns. It appears the owner only is prioritizing the positive google review responses, and not addressing the difficult situations a true leader would confront head on and in a timely manner.I need to talk to either the owner or someone who actually can resolve these issues. PLEASE CALL ME. It is a shame I have to leave a review in order to get the bare minimum service from Larson Air.***Anyone reading this review, make note that I've waited weeks before posting a negative review because I was giving this company an opportunity to right their wrongs.***

Very professional and cost effective. The best part which I like more . They educate the people regarding issues and parts.

Word of mouth offers the BEST quality and value. I was referred to Prestige by a Little League Baseball friend. (The owner live across the valley and is a complete stranger to our LL) I would recommend Prestige to ANYBODY if they needed a fast, value focused, and professional service. The only drawback I can think of... is that it is Phoenix, and in August when our system went out, he didn't have enough techs to schedule the (complete) system install for a couple of days. So, he (owner/operator) took on more jobs himself in the days preceding to schedule us properly and was on-site to rescue us from 110* weather.

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!
