They came out to repair our system. Didn't fix, or do anything, saying it was pre existing. Our service agent fixed the problem short term and said there is NO WAY TO DETERMIN IF IT WAS PREEXISTING!! Looked like to him it had been working and just went out. Crispy air in my opinion is a joke. Also they font answer there phone! I tried 30 times over a number of days. They answered once and someone was supposed to call. Never did!!!
