Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.
