Best Construction Schedule in Phoenix AZ

Condensation pipe was clogged, causing water to spill out onto our flagstone courtyard. Called Howard Air and they were there same day, fixed the problem at no charge because I had a service contract. Quick, efficient and clean. Thank you HA.

Paid for emergency service $147.00 non-refundable fee on Friday 8/6 and was told new air compressor needed to be fixed. I had to contact Howard Air on 8/7 for next steps to get it fixed, they did not call me. Was told by lady on 8/7 she would contact me on 8/9 to schedule when a/c could be fixed and take my credit card. Was never contacted on 8/9 or 8/10 by lady after she knew our unit was not working at all. Highly recommend to not use Howard Air!

Update: Even though it says someone would contact me, as of 8/16/21 nobody from Howard Air ever contacted me. Very disappointing.

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Mike did my audit and was very careful and detailed. I have had audits in the past and I would recommend GreenID. We have some minor issues we may address but I was happy to be told we are not in bad shape so nice to hear honesty.

Rhett and Ernie I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming out so quickly to repair my AC. I had been out of full ac for 8 days and we were miserable and very disappointed that Amazon Home Warranty did not care enough about our disposition. Yet you guys acted immediately!
