I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like.
