I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Argued that there was no leak after mild flooding in my unit. Did literally NOTHING.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.
