We actually had a design issue with our cooling ducts. The quote was competitive, so we selected Hobaica. The install quickly followed where Ethan and Ivan did a phenomenal job installing my two AC units. Everyone went above and beyond at Hobaica Services--it must part of their company culture. Joe was my Technician today and he was great. He took his time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and solved my issue. He also asked if there was anything else that needs attention and then he helped me with our master tub which ended up having a broken part that may have been causing a leak. Thank you Joe!
