For the most part the installs turn out pretty decent as long as their Lead Installer is not working that day. Sloppy work, dirty finger prints everywhere, takes a few dozen cigarette breaks during the install, never wires up second stage on a 2 stage unit (decreasing overall performance and efficiency of the unit), not installing gas lines or flue pipes correctly (NOT TO CODE), Falsifying APS/SRP rebate forms, and has NO IDEA how the units he's installing actually work.
