This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

American Home Water installed my water softener 7 years ago. The softener has functioned well all that time until recently when our water became unexpectedly hard again. I called and was put on the schedule a week out, which really wasn't a problem because it was just for soft water (first-world problem). They ended up calling me to see if they could bump up my appointment by a few days because they had an opening. Worked for me. They just came out and fixed the issue within 20 mins - it was a defective part and was repaired under warranty at zero cost to me. My whole experience with this company has always been good. Highly recommend.

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!
