The lady I spoke with to request an ac inspection was so nice. Once I was on the schedule she told me Brandon would perform the service. Brandon called on the day of service to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and friendly. He asked if there were any concerns about the unit. I didn't tell him that I already thought a new ac was in my future. When Brandon finished he asked to show me some pictures of issues he'd seen: cracked lines, evidence of a leak and the date of manufacture on the ac. When I said I thought it was time to replace the unit Brandon said he could show me some options. He explained about SEER's, ac sizes appropriate for my house, etc. He answered my questions in a way I could understand. There was never pressure, only information. I chose Semper Fi. The two men who installed my new unit were prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. I am very satisfied with my Semper Fi experience and the twice-yearly ac inspections will be done by Semper Fi to keep my new unit performing at its best. Thanks to all the Semper Fi folks.
