I was referred to Prestige by my home warranty company. I would say the majority of the times a contractor is sent to my house as a result of a service call, they really act like they are being forced to do something. Prestige treated me like any other customer and if the way they treated me is any indication of how they treat all their customers they should own all the HVAC business in the valley. Professional, prompt, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and honest would be just a few of the characteristics that I encountered when working with them. I will be using them for all my HVSC needs from now on (in or out of warranty work).

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.
