I contacted Semper Fi because other HVAC companies would not come out and work on a modular home. When I contacted the office, the receptionist said, “ good morning what can I do to make you smile”. That was just a wonderful greeting. She scheduled an AC maintenance for me. Their employee John, came out today. He was very professional. He looked at my unit and told me a few things that could go wrong in the future. He did not try to sell me anything even though my unit is 20 years old. I did ask him for quotes on replacing the unit and he gave me three different scenarios, again he did not try and sell me anything.Semper Fi charge me $17.75, yes that is unusual, but it is when the Marines were established in 1775. Other companies quoted me $59-$99 just to come out and check my a/c unit. Semper Fi also gives a military discount. I definitely will be using this company to replace my AC. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating or cooling systems checked well-maintained.
