I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

They saved the day for me, needed my floral cooler to be installed and working for all my floral. They worked non stop all day and night to get it up and running. This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Darell came out to inspect a water leak on a house I was purchasing. He was straightforward, honest, and forthcoming which I appreciated. Because of his work, I scheduled them to repair items on the house after purchase. Scott came out to do the plumbing repairs and was sooo nice, sooo knowledgeable, sooo careful, and did such a good job. I will use them in the future on other projects/repairs. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
