Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate. This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations.
