Coming home to a pipe burst and a large water leak after a long day was very frustrating. The water leak had damaged my wood floors and all the drywall in the area.
I used AM/PM Restoration Services to get my house back to its original condition. They were extremely helpful and attentive from beginning to end. All their staff was very pleasant to work with and they got the job done quickly and affordably.

Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.
Would recommend Next Gen to others and would use them again if the need would arise.

We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn’t even the source of the leak?!)

ASAP’s plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn’t supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right.

While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn’t. They are stand-up guys. That is what makes us a 5 star review.

Took care of the water damage and mitigated nearly all the standing water in my master bedroom/bath.

Gateway Restoration is highly recommended by our family! We have a brand new, 2 story house (less than 6 months old) in which the laundry room is located on the top floor. The drain hose on the washing machine came loose during one of its cycles and flooded the laundry room and the powder room and hallway one first floor below it when it drained. We quickly dried up as much water as possible, but there was a huge concern about water being behind the walls and in between the 2nd level floor and 1st floor ceiling. We called Gateway Restoration to come and access the damage. Adam, Gateway Restoration’s Production Manager was at our house in well less than an hour. He was thorough in his assessment in each room and showed us the moisture levels on his equipment and explained what he was seeing. Turns out it was not bad and he was completely honest in the fact that we were fine and just needed to dry the rooms out. Adam gave us some tips on how to do so and was on his way without any charge. He could have told us we were in a bad situation and needed some or a lot of restoration work done. Using his suggestions, we dried out each room and have not had a problem since.
