Decent experience. Good thing there was a promotion running. I think we would have been disappointed overall paying 40% more than we did. There was a small stain on the rug (I think it is red wine) which I was hoping would come out. It didn't. My wife felt sorry for the guy that returned the rug to our home by his self. Very heavy run for one person to lug out of a van, into a house, and situate on a carpet pad. It looks clean and feels very soft.

These guys were able to greatly improve & remove some carpet stains that no other company was able to make look better. I'm very happy.
