The people of coit did a stripping of my tile floors, they put stripper down and liquified the old sealant. In the attached photos you can see where the old wax is. They did not mop up the old liquidized wax and striper they just left it on the floor to dry and put more sealant on the floor. I called and they refused to do anything. I also had complaints about the workers making nasty comments while they were working and again the management people did nothing.

Thus company was so easy to work with. We needed next day tile and grout cleaning and we were scheduled for 8am the next day...and guess what not only did they show up on time, but technician named Josh, was probably one of the nicest,professional people I've met in a long time .....Josh did an AMAZING job!!... we had a rental that reeked of cat urine, and the tile is old, but Josh worked so hard on it that the smell was gone and the grout and tile were CLEAN!!!....thank you Josh, we would recommend you over and over again!
